As previously announced, the ChipGuide LOGON process has been updated today.

1) First, you will need a new password, goto the PASSWORD RESET page under the MEMBERSHIP SERVICES tab. Enter your CCA# and press SUBMIT. An email will be sent to you with instructions to get your new password.
2) After you get your new password, you can LOGON with your CCA membership# and your new password.

If you don't remember your CCA membership#, you can look it up with CCA MEMBERSHIP# SEARCH.

Once any logon issues have been resolved, Phase 2 will begin, where ChipGuide Advanced Features will only be available to users when they are logged on.

Are passwords encrypted or stored in the clear?  And are password resets done securely with end to end encryption during the process?
