I recently acquired some old Las Vegas casino chips from the 1980s and this forum has been extremely useful
Some members share insights on serial numbers and minting errors I had never noticed. Reading older threads teaches a lot about the value and history of each collection.

Make sure you read our page for newbies, lots of good info there:

And if you decide to join the CCA (https://www.ccgtcc.com/membership/index.aspx) you can sign up for the free Mentoring program, it gets you a direct connection to experienced collectors:

Hi (Lucas?),

Are you a CCA Member currently?  If so, I can't find you in our database.  I can upgrade your permissions here if you're a member and you give me your full name and member#.  Obviously, if you're not a member (yet), check out https://ccgtcc.com/membership for details on how to join.  And if you have the opportunity, join us at our convention and show June 18-20 at the South Point Casino in Las Vegas NV.  Bring chips you need help identifying and look for more chips to buy from dealers (or bring yours to sell to them).
