Has the Association looked in to getting casino chips in the new low cost shipping? They now allow trading cards and coins to use the small rigid envelopes which can go first letter instaed of package. The cost is about $1.14 vs $3.92. It is for low value items since there is no tracking but eBay guarantees the delivery.

It would save a lot of money for many sellers.
