Looks like you DID register. I've updated your status to be that of a "non-member". If you're a CCA member, give me your full name and membership number and I'll update your permissions so you can use extra features. If you're not a CCA member, please consider joining us. Details at https://ccgtcc.com/membership

Thanks - Barry

Is there a certain number of players we need to break even? Also, do we have a celebrity guest as we have in the past couple that will be playing? Curious.

Today, Wednesday, April 24th, I and several other CCA long-time members attended the funeral services for lomg-time CCA Member, Carey Burke.

A somber occasion indeed, but his family expressed the joys and pleasures Carey received in belonging to the CCA and being a participant in the hobby. Carey's son, also named Carey, and a bit of a look-a-like, in tribute to his dad, mentioned in his eulogy, of how proud they were of Carey's Hall of Fame status with the CCA and the many friendships developed over the years with other collectors.

I would like to reflect back on what a wonderful person Carey was and thank him for his years of unselfish volunteerism to the hobby, so loved by all of us. I truly believe that I am a better person for having known Carey and witnessing, first-hand, his civility, graciousness and gentle nature.

Thank you Carey for the time we shared.

My thanks also to our other members that attended. Rich Klabacha, Scott and Estelle Hartman, and Phil and Pearl Jensen.
